Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand how visitors find and use our main website, tension.studio.

PostHog helps us measure website traffic, understand which pages are visited, identify traffic sources and track selected interactions, such as clicks on booking links.

We also collect basic website performance metrics to help identify technical issues and improve the browsing experience.

Our PostHog analytics data is processed using infrastructure in the United States. You can read more in PostHog’s privacy policy.

Advertising and campaign landing pages

We run paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook and Instagram. These advertisements direct visitors to dedicated landing pages hosted on Tension Studio subdomains using GoHighLevel.

We use Meta Pixel on our campaign landing pages to measure advertising performance and track conversions, including completed bookings. Meta Pixel may collect information about page visits, browser and device details, advertising identifiers and interactions with our landing pages.

This information may be shared with Meta for advertising measurement, campaign optimisation and retargeting, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Information submitted through our booking forms is processed through GoHighLevel and used to manage enquiries, schedule appointments and communicate with prospective clients.

You can read more about Meta’s data practices in its privacy policy.

Meta Pixel is not used on our main website, tension.studio.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and understand website activity.
